Light and airy attitudes and atmosphere. Delicious food cooked in mainly a southern way. I had perch which is very hard to find. It was delicious and my plate was overflowing. Now That's What I call getting my money's worth. Had a lot of fun sorry I didn't take any pictures. And if you're looking for a place to eat tonight, get on in there and get yourself some oysters, Treat yourself tonight !

This is one of our favorite spots to go to in Downtown Greer. Food is absolutely phenomenal. Everything I have ever gotten from there is fantastic but I typically stick to the sushi, and my fiancé loves the oysters. Our favorite appetizer is the Lobster dip, it is to die for. Cool environment, great service and food is on point every single time!

This place has been a staple for a long while now. Always good food and pleasant service. I love sushi but don’t like to go all the way to downtown Greenville for quality sushi and great bay has it :) it’s a small sushi list but their trade street roll is fire. I don’t think you could ever order anything here and say it wasn’t good. I do wish to go orders didn’t take so long to checkout but they do stay busy or that they had DoorDash so I could get it delivered. But this place is wonderful! Give it a try :)

We were finally able to get all of our friends together (one of which lives out of town) and made a reservation for 7:30. When we show up on time we are told it would be just a few more minutes. 20 minutes later, after we find the hostess and ask about the time we were told it would be another 20 minutes. So disappointed in oyster bay.

First off, great staff!! They are very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. You are always greeted with a smile. The food is absolutely delicious. I always get at least 2 dozen raw oysters to start with a side of their cheesy grits, that taste like they came from my grandma's kitchen. I've been going there for years and have enjoyed every meal from sushi to steak, to smothered chicken to scallops. The food is phenomenal. Clearly the chefs take pride in every meal they prepared. Delicious food, portioned and priced right. The GBOH never disappoints. The backbone of the operation is Diane & Katie. They are always there and make you feel like family. I live in Florida and when I'm in South Carolina, after stopping to see family, my next stop is GBOH!!! LOVE IT!!
Great place to meet with friends for dinner and drinks in Greer.

First time here. Salad was very fresh, homemade blue cheese dressing it appeared to be. Grouper was a bit overdone and dry but seasoning was excellent and vegetables were sautéed perfectly. Surprise of the night: the sushi. Didn’t know they had sushi and was blown away with it. We sat at the back bar next to the sushi station. We saw so many good rolls leave his area we were jealous Absolutely fresh, just enough rice to hold a large amount of goodies inside the roll. This is the sushi Ive been looking for, for almost a year since moving here. Will be back very soon for an all sushi meal.

My maiden voyage to Great Bay was a real treat. I didn't snap pics of the oysters or Ahi Tuna, but trust me, they were divine - that tuna was one of the best I've ever devoured.
We kicked off with raw Apalachicola Oysters and pan-seared sesame-crusted Ahi Tuna with spinach, raspberry soy sauce, and wasabi mayo - heavenly!
Next up, she savored the grilled salmon with signature bourbon glaze, parmesan risotto, and green beans (I stole a bite, and oh boy, it was love!).
Meanwhile, I indulged in jumbo scallops with creamy risotto, seasonal veggies, and balsamic drizzle (scallop perfection!).
No room for dessert, the meal was that good - I was stuffed!

We were not sure what to expect after mixed reviews but we had a great time! Food and service were fabulous! Everything was delicious! We had oysters (raw and charred), clam chowder, ahi tuna, crab cake, fish and chips, and crab stuffed shrimp. We will for sure be going back!

First-time visit, and I don’t know what took us so long to try it out! Food was tasty, service was attentive, and the atmosphere was lively. It appeared they were hosting an event and still managed to provide good service and food without missing a beat. We will be back!
