I've been a Typical Tropical Grille fan for well over a decade. It was very disappointing when their Curry Mustard sauce was changed, but the Cilantro Garlic sauce is an acceptable alternative. However, the change with their chicken is just not acceptable. I thought it might be a poor batch; then I thought that maybe it was just that location. It isn't. It seems they may now be using dark meat instead of grilled chicken breast.
Love it. Food has been fresh and cook perfectly.

Absolutely love the food here so many different combos you can mix em all up. Your pallet is only limited by your imagination.

Tropical Grille is easy to order, food came out hot and fast. The restaurant is clean, with great Christian music playing in the background. Staff are respectful and polite. It is better than the one on 14 and many return. It is a go-to place for lunch, though sometimes the order is messed up and service can be slow, but staff are still nice. The chicken bowl was bland, like rice, shredded lettuce and chunks of chicken like at home, not good. The TG smash burger was fantastic: mustard curry sauce sweet yet tangy with a little kick, burger juicy, diced tomatoes a nice touch. A steak bowl to go spilled rice, but staff remade it.
