The Pink Pig

Wonderful off the beaten path place for bbq lunch. They had a buffet that was marvelous. Food so good we will visit again on our travels. We always frequent places we can’t find at home.

We have eaten at the Pink Pig 4 times now, and the food was very good every time. Fried Chicken, Fried Scallops, Fried Shrimp, and the pulled pork sandwich each were well made and generous in servings. Important to note: They accept only cash or local checks. They have an ATM machine which should not be trusted. It did not give me my requested cash, but did debit my bank account. Was looking for something close to the campground. They were close. The place is very neat/clean. The staff was super friendly. Our waitress checked with us frequently. Gave me the "hole in the wall" "hometown" kind of vibes I got from my favorite restaurant in New Mexico! Husband ordered seafood plate (variety of stuff) and I ordered a BBQ plate.
