“We went through the drive through and young lady named Reagan took our order and handled our orders. We are large family which ends up being a large order and I try to avoid take out at short notice because most chains I've been to get annoyed and frustrated about cooking 7 combo meals. Cook out has been literally the only place I feel welcomed to come order from AND they NEVER get my meals wrong. Reagan was the best part! She was super kind and pleasant that it's almost not normal to see in customer service now days. I managed at many companies in my time and she should be a store manager!!! Thank you Reagan for such a positive attitude on the busiest of nights!“

“I had an order delivered from Wingz and Ale last night. I lived alone so I ordered enough for several days. every single thing was delicious and I will definitely reorder. I especially loved the mushroom chips. it was a huge order and I really enjoyed it. will warm the rest in my air fryer today. the wings were very good as was the beef and gravy over rice. great job!“
