I always get take out from here and I’m Always respectful toward staff, but the attitude this lady had toward me for her own mistake was unnecessary. Will find somewhere else to spend my money.

Whenever I go to Hong Kong the food is usually good. However I haven’t been there in over a year. I had a bad experience last time that creep me out. Got home and seen a huge black fly laying dead on my rice. My thoughts is they left the food on the counter, a fly landed on it then they just snapped the lid on not looking. I noticed a couple flys in the restaurant before in the waiting area. They have a fly zapper out so clearly they aware of it too. But having insects in my food is a big NO NO. Makes me wonder if they have rats or roaches too. They need to take better care of handling and storing food or something. I never see flys in big chain restaurants like McDonald's or KFC when I visit.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! First they got my price wrong, then caught an attitude with me. I’ve never dealt with that much attitude in my life towards their customers. Also got my order wrong. Never got the food and gave me my money back when I tried to tell them. In other words, GO EAT AT ANOTHER CHINESE SPOT, thank you.

WORST customer service I have ever! Experienced. Not only did they mess up my order but when I asked for the missing item I was missing I was disrespectfully dismissed. Overall won’t be back here ??

In the last month it has gone down hill! The food is no longer hot. It is always lukewarm. I had the general two chicken and egg roll. There was little hints of chicken that were greasy, extra breaded, and too hard to eat. The egg roll was hard. I don't know where all the women/women went. The restaurant has drastically change in a bad way! .
