For $15.00 per person, it's the smallest buffet I've ever seen. I didn't recognize several brown, mushy items on the bar. There was only one protein, very tough chicken. So, I only ate; green beans, corn and lima beans. A waste of money.

After hearing so much about Pam's restaurant, We decided to make a trip to see what all the talk was about. We were so disappointed in the food, that we will not be going back to Pam's restaurant. We went on a Tuesday, and we assumed the food would be fresh, but it tasted like the food had been warmed up. The chicken, that was all the rave, was not what it was cracked up to be. The barbecue chicken was dry as if it had also been warmed up. The only meat that was available was the chicken and The chicken liver. I was disappointed because I expected there to be more than one type of meat on the bar. The bar was very small for $15 a plate, and I expected a bigger buffet than what was there. There were only a few sides to add to the chicken and I was disappointed with that. I was very pleased that the lady taking the money at the front talked about the cleanliness and to use gloves when dipping your food, but as far as the food it was less than to be desired for. No more trips to Pam's restaurant for us!

Boy that was excellent. I'm from Charleston, but if I'm hungry, passing through, and on the correct day, I know where I'll be stopping again! Impeccable service too. Loved the collard greens, pork rinds, and banana pudding. Mmmm mmmm. I was quite pleased.
