Shug's hours are supposedly opens at 3:00. I called & placed an order was told it would be ready at 3:30. I later received a phone call the order would be ready at 3:45 but to call first. I called at 3:45 and was told it wouldn't be ready until 4:30. I questioned the hours of operation and why it would take so long for a burger (well done) and fried pimento tomatoes, scallops with risotto. They got rid of the best bartender they had! I will not be returning there! Everyone loved Carmen! Shame on you! I hope you know everyone loved her and she worked hard! From one of the ladies that sat at the bar every Wednesday night. You probably don’t care but I will tell everyone that I know what you did. I hope it affects your business!
I’m not sure where to even start!
We found this gem BY MISTAKE!! We stopped at a local spot by our house (perhaps 5 mins away) where we were wanting steaks but they don’t have that until the dinner menu. Ugh.
