Went for breakfast for the kids this morning. Was asked if wanted syrup and I said yes. They gave me honey bbq sauce for French toast sticks. And a toy never comes in any wacky pack which is the only reason the kids want to get one.

Sadly, new ownership has not improved this, in fact it may have gotten worse......I previously had rated Sonic with a 4 star review however I now feel that a 2 star review is being generous. The service has gone down significantly. DO NOT, leave before verifying every portion of your order (including tasting the drinks). I can't remember the last time that my order was completely correct!!

French toast sticks were hard and dry. I let them know and they fixed it! When new ones were delivered they were perfect. Little girl likes them. We mostly get good service and food here. Servers are personable.Parking: Both parking for drive in and play areas. Too many loud trucks I guess high schoolers like to hang out sometimes.Kid-friendliness: Many choices for kids and we came to see the grinch and santa around christmas. Very fun planned activity

Got a Dr pepper with vanilla cherry lime and was way sour had it b4 and wasn't them same this time . The hot dog came with no mustard that was asked to be put on it . Got a 3 because this was the 1st real mess up .

Really disappointing experience from start to finish.Pulled up to order station waited several minutes for someone to say that one doesn't work go to a different one.Went to different order station. Ordered chicken sandwich no mayonnaise. It came with extra mayonnaise I assume as no one woilild ever want that much mayonnaise.Won't be going back

Our first problem was with using the gift card! We had a Sonic gift card and it wouldn't work. We paid out of pocket. Other than that, it's a sonic. Nothing to write home about. The staff was apologetic; I don't think I could have asked for more from them! Since it's local, we'll eat here again!I had the option to remove the carbs from the meal, IOW order with NO Bun but since we took it home, I just ordered without restrictions. Next time I'll know better. The bun absorbed all the condiments; so, if you're making carb restrictions, tell them when you order and ask the bun be left out, and your meal will not only have low carbs, but taste better with the condiments! :-)

This place has really gone downhill since the change of ownership. Downgraded ingredients and utensils. The cherry limeade almost never has real cherries or limes in it anymore.Just recently ordered a couple of Sonic Blasts. One was an Oreo blast - add Reese cups. The second was an Oreo blast - add banana. The first one had one crumbled Reese cup on top and nothing mixed in. No Oreos at all. The second was just one crumbled Oreo on top of vanilla ice cream with artificial banana flavoring.Pro tip: if your menu says "real fruit add-ins" , your banana add-in probably shouldn't be straight up artificial banana flavoring with no fruit at all.
