Great Food & even better service. Chicken wings are the best on the island. AYCE Crab Legs are amazing.

WOW!! What an awesome find!! I perceive this is where locals go and no wonder. It was delicious and the service was amazing!! Our server was Mason and he was friendly, kind and very attentive!! We will definitely be back and hope that he is still there!! We had the crab legs and they were the best on the island!!

My family and I attempted to dine at Main Street Island Pub this past week. We had a horrible experience with the host from the moment we walked through the door. He did not great us and only asked us “do you have reservations?” Keep in mind the restaurant was half empty. The after complaining about placing to high top table together, he lecture us on how to properly sit in a chair and keep an aisle cleared for foot traffic. At that time, all eight of left the restaurant and didn’t get to try their crappy food. Also, the restaurant seemed a lot dirtier than it appeared online. Plus, nowhere did it say that you have to make a reservation. With so many options on Hilton Head Island, you would be crazy to even try to step foot into this place.

Those crab legs were spot on great and the beer was cold so it was a great dinner. Also on the table was the crispy Brussels and the seafood sampler which made for a lovely dinner. The staff was friendly and our server was on top of our drinks and special requests.

We arrived on the island on May 5th, late in the afternoon, and wanted a quick dinner. Stopped in at Main Street and had a great blackened shrimp wrap with fries and a cup of seafood chowder. Everything was great. Local place to hang out for lunch or dinner.

Sandwiches were excellent. Skip the Cajun fries. Very good fries with Cajun spice dusted on top. Everything else was very good.

Every time we go, the menu is different. They have fresh things and the chef is awesome! The servers are amazing. The seating is comfortable and it's just a place you want to go every week. It's like a cozy restaurant plus a not so loud sports bar too. With outside seating, that has great ambiance too!

I'm a local that grew up in Buffalo. Best wings ever on HHI and the Beef on Weck is fabulous!! Reuben is awesome too!

My wife and i stopped in for a light dinner while in Hilton Head. I had the beef dip sandwich with home made chips while my wife had the Reuben sandwich with fries. Both were very good and the portions were generous. We probably should have ordered one sandwich and shared it. The restaurant was not busy, but there were only two persons to wait tables. Even though, the service was good.

Very good service. Very good chili. Also had the French dip sandwich. The au jus was good. Nice lunch spot. Michigan fans will like the decor.
We were on a bike ride around the island and stopped for lunch. It was a good place to refuel and continue on our ride. Husband had the patti melt and loved it. I have a fish sandwich and loved it as well. Go for it when you are in the area.

After many visits, they still have consistently good food and good value. They also have very good on-line ordering and pick-up . Try the calamari, or the blackened chicken taco salad. The seasonally available pot roast is very good.

Food and drinks was fantastic. The drink was worth the money! The fish I had was done very well and it's delicious. Something that everyone should try.

We stopped in with a family member for a late lunch, and had a very pleasant time. The facility is clean and well-maintained; with an upscale cafe ambiance. Our server was friendly and attentive. The parmesan encrusted daily catch, seafood chowder and queso Blanco provided for a tasty and satisfying meal. If one is in the area; this restaurant is a solid option, for a fine dining experience.

I ordered a club sandwich with cole slaw. What I got was a turkey sandwich! A club sandwich when done right and with care is pure artistry. Filling the platter with barely enough room for the side. The side was adequate but you absolutely must love mayonnaise as it overwhelmed what slaw there was. This was my first time there and it was not overly busy. The service was adequate but it did not overcome my great disappointment in the presentation and quality of the sandwich. I see no reason to return.
