Our family tried the hot pot tonight. It was excellent! The broth had a great flavor. Sides and desserts available. If you leave hungry, it’s your fault. Highly recommend.
What a great selection of seafood, meats and vegetables! We especially enjoyed trying the different sauces. This is a terrific addition to Hilton Head!

843 Korean BBQ & Hot Pot offers a wonderful experience with amazing food, atmosphere, and music. Guests can choose soup or BBQ, cooking their own food with superb quality meat. The menu is plentiful, including cumin lamb, short ribs, pork belly, octopus, calamari, beef bulgogi, and tons of veggies, all ordered from a tablet. A salad bar and ice cream are included, with an extraordinarily extensive ice cream selection featuring Lemon Sorbet. The staff are welcoming and attentive, with one server, Jam, known for her kindness and genuine spirit, who navigates the BBQ well and makes guests feel special. The restaurant is a great spot for a first date, providing an interactive individual and shared experience. For groups, the staff thoughtfully introduce dishes and cooking methods. The broth selection is typical, and sauces are somewhat lacking, but the food is delicious and unique among hot pot/BBQ restaurants. Fried appetizers are super fresh, and the fried scallops are phenomenal. Very high quality for the price, 843 Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is a great find and highly recommended.
