First of all, we asked for a table for 11 and they gave us 9 chairs. Not a problem. Easy fix, but when we asked a waitress to help accommodate our party we were met with such attitude and frustration and treated as if we were in the wrong. That really set the tone for the dinner at that point. This used to be a favorite for us when visiting HHI but the last 2 years the service has really gone downhill especially tonight. Cookie who used to be so friendly was our “server.” She brought us water and then we never saw her again. Someone else took our order, someone else brought the food out and no one ever came to check on us or fill drinks and it was not busy.
