Steak was a overdone but the seasoning and fries were delicious. Wife's filet was overdone as well but she said the seasoning was amazing. Shrimp was good as well. Love the atmosphere and location. Service was awesome.
Great food. Excellent setting. Quiet. Nice place to celebrate our anniversary. The server asked if we were celebrating anything. At end of meal she brought out a nice dessert and said congratulations. Here’s a dessert to help you celebrate. Nice touch. UNTIL WE GET THE BILL!!!! They charged us for dessert. Never anywhere have had this happen. And it said celebration dessert. Lol.
My family and I's experience at Alexander's was great. The food and the service was wonderful. The layout of the dining area is great because it offers some privacy to each individual table, even with a full dining room. There are a few stairs to certain tables, so if you have trouble with stairs, you may want to make them aware of that when you make your reservation. But, they were so accommodating, I'm sure it wouldn't matter if they weren't informed...
