We made reservations here during Restaurant Week, was in the last week of January 2025, on Hilton Head Island. Bowdie's had been on our list to try, and this was great timing with their Fixed menu, they had a nice variety of choices for the Restaurant Week Menu. Started with a bottle of wine and my wife got the House Wedge and I had the Shrimp Bisque. The Soup was very good, definitely would get that again. Had a great meal in a great environment sitting at the bar with a guest. Wedge salad is the best salad of any sort on the island. Steak was done to perfection. Unfortunately, the waitperson at the bar seemed completely overwhelmed and busy though only half of the bar seat were taken at 5:30 that evening. We had an amazing early Valentine’s Day dinner here! The atmosphere was wonderful. Our server, Melanie, was delightful and made the experience even better. We can’t wait to come back!
