Worst SERVICE EVER!! Hateful, rude manager on 12/8/25 at 1:30 pm. Absolutely the worst treatment ever. We were trying to use the app and she was ridiculously hateful saying she didn’t know anything about the app. She should be fired or given an attitude adjustment.

I honestly don't know how this particular store stays in business. If you go inside you can be standing there, first in line, at the counter as you watch workers go back and forth and never get your order taken for 5 to 15 minutes. I was also subjected to one of the workers loudly yelling at and cussing out the others for some reason. They then proceeded to go to all the doors and thrash and kicked them until they were able to be locked so that no more people could enter this store. I can't say I'm ever going to go here again.... Honestly, it's just not worth the stress of eating a Whopper. Ironically, this time the Whopper sandwich was made very well which I appreciated as I hunkered down in the booth. Hoping that I also would not get yelled at.
Why because I actually left twice because they forgot my mozzarella sticks… I get home now and my sandwich is not a double sandwich and this is what I paid for so why charge me if I’m not getting what I paid for ? I’m in disbelief lol 30$ for two meals be for real
