Why because I actually left twice because they forgot my mozzarella sticks… I get home now and my sandwich is not a double sandwich and this is what I paid for so why charge me if I’m not getting what I paid for ? I’m in disbelief lol 30$ for two meals be for real

No line in drive-thru I made to wait over 20 minutes to place an order. Once at the window to receive order still waited another 10 minutes for food. Received food and the onion rings were cold, I asked the personnel at the window which I do believe was the manager as well if they were going to be cooking anymore fresh onion rings and they flat out said no!

I walked into the establishment stood there for a few minutes while two people continue to talk. Then I went into the restroom and used it came back out and proceeded to stand there and wait some more while they continue their conversation. I don't think they ever even knew I was there.. I left I won't be back...
