I’m not very happy with the service at this establishment my wife and I stop here to get lunch and we went through drive thru and bought our food so they had us pull up to wait which was fine. They forgot to give us our straws so my wife jumped out to knock on the drive thru window, no one answered so my wife decided to knock on the door next to the drive thru no one answered so she opened the door to ask and the black guy and black woman back there were very rude yes we know the door said employees only but to be rude by yelling at my wife all I got to say is they’re lucky I wasn’t standing there next to to her it wouldn’t have been pleasant I promise. We will never darken your door at your establishment ever again and I’ll make sure everyone we know won’t ever come there. November 1,2024 I just got a call from the manager the problem is solved his name is Derik he was very professional and kind we will be back!

This is the best place to go when you want fast, friendly service & fresh food. I'm always greeted with a smile and pleasant demeanors. Always apologizing for the wait but I'm in and out in no less than 5-10 minutes, considering the worker shortage that's fantastic! Bathrooms are always so fresh and so clean clean! A forever customer!

The only good part about this experience were the drinks and the lady that took our order. I have never in my life took a bite of something as disgusting as the food I was served this morning. My husband and I ordered sausage egg & cheese melts around 10:12 & took two bites before we wanted to throw up. The food literally tasted like vomit & took about 20 minutes to get the taste out of our mouths. We had to get food elsewhere. Yall should be ashamed.

Shout out to Hailey this morning on 6/21/24! Poor thing was running the store by herself and the soda machine wasn’t running/set up but even if she was so flabbergasted and stressed, she was extremely polite and apologetic and still got our order right! Best customer service because despite her only supporting herself at that moment - she was kind, amicable , and got our order correct! Thank youuuu Haley (sorry if i spelled ur name wrong!)
