Bartender was rude and had zero personality. The bartender and waitress were arguing the whole time. Not a great experience.

Great place! We try to go every year when we are on vacation. The Earle and the Duke are amazing. Staff is friendly and attentive.

This place absolutely sucks!
Currently sitting here and there are two waitresses sitting at the bar and one guy running the bar. He was the one who took our order and brought our drinks.
I have no problem to people sitting down to take a break, but we weren't even acknowledged or helped and the inside area was completely empty besides our family of 4. This was 30 minutes after they opened ON A SATURDAY.
Asked for an appetizer, never got it. Nothing complicated, just mozzarella sticks.
30 minutes into waiting we were informed that something happened to the fryer and they had to change the oil and re cook the food.
Giving them benefit of the doubt we decided to wait, knowing the oil and food would be fresh, but honestly the wait was not worth it!
If your not at the bar, your not a priority.
As more people started coming in I saw this was a common trend- 2 waitresses no where to be found and the one guy running the show.
We were never checked on at all or updated on time.
We have it an hour and just decided to give up. No food on our table. No one seemed to care that we left. Hope the few people that came in 45 minutes after us have better luck.
Off to Slow Country BBQ & Grill

We ate outside around 630pm. The tables were clean with umbrellas and the seating was comfortable. The vibe is very casual compared to other places but it was just what our family of four needed that night. The proximity to the playground allowed the adults to even have some adult time while being able to keep an eye on the kids.

One of the best sandwiches I have gotten. Roast beef was tender and sandwich was loaded.

We ate outside around 5pm, the outside atmosphere was pleasant, nice & clean with umbrellas, comfortable seating. The food was delicious, freshly prepared hamburger W/ macaroni salad and the BLT w/ homemade chips. The service however was lacking, the waitress seemed clueless and unenthused, then a waiter came over and replaced her and he was just OK - very soft spoken and 1 speed.

We had great service and the Earl Sandwich was good. The fried scallops worked well also. This place
is a little small inside, but had a cool decor and vibe. The prices were reasonable.

I’m very disappointed in the loyalty and customer service that this place gave to me. I was eating my ice cream on the patio at night and the manager of this place came out and yelled at me. I feel harmed and insecure because he basically told me I was fat in hundred different languages. I have to talk to my therapist about this.

I'm pretty sure I found a spider in my sand which. The employees did absolute nothing to fix the situation. But instead they decided to go on a smoke break. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Classic old school joint. Excellent food, good service & a fair price. Atmosphere was a bit lacking, interior is quite outdated and you are met at the door with a musty/stale smell. Time for some updates. The menu left a lot to be desired as it was extremely hard to read and all the pointless writing in the margins made it even more confusing than it had to be. Otherwise it’s a no frills joint that serves good food, decent portions & is fairly priced.
