While some customers find it expensive, they still appreciate the quality. The food is great, on the pricy side, but that’s not a knock just a fact of the matter. The manager Marco went above and beyond, providing excellent service. The staff are able to aptly shift between food prep while also prioritizing the customers. They are understanding, kind, and patient. Five Guys remains a place worth revisiting for those who value quality, even if it means paying a bit more, and for the amazing workers, fast food, and excellent customer service skills.
