As always food was fantastic and our server was excellent. Her recommendation was spot on and she was always attentive to our drink refills etc. We sat in bar area so there was moderate chatter but we could still carry on conversation. We will return
Never disappoints from the food to the phenomenal service. Always return worthy unlike some other similar priced restaurants in the area.
Our waitress did not seem to know what was going on. We waited over 2 hours because they had a judges convention in the back room. the pork chop came out and was RAW. Not exceptable after waiting for that length of time. The flavor of the food was not good at all.
We dined at Frankie Bones twice during our trip to HHI. Our family loves it and had talked about their skinny fries since our last visit in 2021. They did not disappoint and still are the best!! Will always be on our must do list on future trips!
We had a lovely luncheon at Frankie Bones. The food, service, and ambience were great as always! Our server, Julie, did a great job.
I am celiac and felt the waiter was very disrespectful and dismissive of my food order. He forgot my appetizer and then brought me one he “found,” and it had the sauce I had asked for on the side on top of it. I told him No, thank you. I would wait for my original order. Then he proceeded to say in front of my husband and our out-of-town guest what was IN the sauce, and it was gluten-free. Again, I confirmed it was not what I could eat, and I would stick with the original order of that not being on top of my appetizer. When my salad came, he rudely said, " Here is your do-it-yourself wedged salad. This is about me asking for the toppings to all be on the side. You see, I can't just have them all mixed together due to my severe allergies, not just being celiac. That way, as I eat slowly and add one to eat at a time, I can minimize my reactions if there were to be one. It is a struggle to eat out. Yes, that is my choice. However, it is NOT the wait staff who should be dismissive and condescending to someone who has life-threatening issues with the food that is being served.
A little muggy inside the restaurant. Food was incredible. Service was good. One of the sides we ordered never came. Overall I would say it was a tremendous value. The portion sizes were insane and the food was really well cooked.
good food. Good service. Love the Paisano. kids love the spaghetti and Wife loves the bake raviolis.
There's a reason this restaurant is named “The FABULOUS Frankie Bones!” Amazing food, excellent service, relaxing vibe... it has been my favorite place on HHI for many years. ❤️
Terrible service. Had our entrees delivered before our bar drinks. Waitress never checked on us until she saw our plates were stacked neatly for her to pick up. NY Strip was half gristle. This was not our first time to this restaurant, but it surely will be the last.

Everything was great as always - food, service, atmosphere. This is our dinner every trip on the night we arrive and this visit made sure we'll be back next time.
We sat outside and there were enough fans to keep you comfortable, the food and service were excellent. This was our second visit and we will definitely return
We had a party of 6. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. Service was great, this crowd will definitely be back!
Staff always nice - thank you ! Jennifer - Food Carrier , hostesses, and Managers Food hot and ... Delicious! They always let us sit in one of our favorite spots too !
Reservation at 7. Seated at 7:20. 7:35, waitress took drink orders. Drinks arrived about 7:50. The special ribeye and lobster mac were both excellent as was the carrot cake. Shrimp with pasta was also enjoyed as well as the osso bucco ravioli. The place was very busy and loud at 7, but much less so at 8:45. Bill with cocktails but no wine was about $100/person.
