Excellent service, food, and drinks. My daughter said it was the best Mac and cheese she's ever had. Steak was cooked perfectly and the appetizers were delicious.

Made a dinner reservation and presented requesting a table outside in an EXTREMELY empty restaurant. Hostesses seemed confused as to if there was room for us to seat outside which was odd bc we had just come from there and saw that here was plenty of seating. One hostess went to “go check” and never returned so the 2nd hostess finally walked us down and we selected one of the many available tables. On the walk towards outside we passed through the dining room and past the kitchen line where I was surprised to see a kitchen staff member EATING on the line which is clearly visible to the dining room. Although the dining room was empty at that point, it is still customer facing and that as we walked through on our way to the outside, customers can still observe. After those challenges, my hopes were dashed and expectations a little low. Our server (Ramsel) came in and salvaged what was left! He was personable and engaging. Thank you Ramsel! The food was average and lacked overall seasoning. One note worth mentioning are the falling “acorns” from the tree that are SURE to hit someone in the head sooner or later if it hasn't already happens. With all of the little kids that were out running around that evening, it was very nerve racking hearing those acorns hit the hard services of the table, the decking, and falling into diners food. I'm glad we were seated under the covering on the upper deck. All and all it's convenient to eat here while staying at the Omni but definitely not worth a visit from outside the resort in my opinion!

The service was great. The waiters were attentive. The food was awful and very expensive. We ordered a New York strip and Australian lamb chops. They were poor quality and over cooked. I hate to complain but I didn't want anyone else to pay so much for a meal and not be able to eat it.

The food for the price just wasn't good. The steak was bland and the mashed potatoes just didn't taste great. The best part was the espresso martini. It was amazing. The server was extremely nice but she took forever doing everything.

Had high expectations that unfortunately we're not met. The price tag just does not equate to the food quality. My suggestion for anyone choosing this restaurant is to stick to the steaks and not venture out from there. I would certainly pick the boathouse at skull Creek over this 9 1/2 out of 10 times.
Our second visit over several nights and there was a significant difference. My partner is filet mignon was done to perfection. The marbling was divine and the mest was fone to perfection. My pants eared grouper was perfect with a bit of crunch on the outside and firm flakiness with amazing taste inside. A five-star dinner in every way. Our weight staff was attentive without being calling and the chef personally came over and engaged us. Run... don't walk... to this top spot on Hilton Head Island.
