Do not honor reservation requests
Despite having a confirmed reservation for 10 people, made a month in advance - and as repeat customers - we were turned away by the General Manager Honey Treacy because of her incompetence and apparent lack of caring about customers. She clearly made a mistake, as the restaurant was closed for a private function, but neither did she contact us to cancel the reservation, nor was she at all apologetic. I tired to place a to go order as my family did not want to dine in. I was going to order 4 steaks and called the restaurant on a random Thursday evening and was told they would not take my order. They said you need to call between 5 and 6 or after 8 for to go orders. This is listed no where on the website or FB page. They lady that told me this was extremely rude and dismissed me completely.
