Just had dinner there. Had a coupon for a free appetizer. We had a choice of any of the starters so we selected the sampler that had queso, guack, and salsa. Came with fresh warm chips. All were outstanding! I had the steak fajita quesadilla and my wife had the chicken fajita quesadilla. Both were excellent. Tonight was my first time at Holy Tequila which I learned from our server, Torin, has been on HHI for years. He, his brother and sister are all employees.
Torin was a perfect server - always quick to respond to requests, checking in on us every now and then but not overbearingly so.
But the best part of the visit was my dinner.
