Really nice ice cream in there. Tastes really delicious. We were a group of 8 girls and they handled our order really quickly and nicely. So overall good service! The place is also in a nice area and the shop is placed on a corner so it's easy to spot. Definitely a visit worth!

When we first walked in we were greeted with the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The workers immediately reconigized that I am a Marine and thanked me for my service which goes a long way in my book. They also had amazing personalities and were fun to talk to. On top of all that, as if it couldn't get any better the waffle cones and ice cream were to die for! Will definitely visit here often!

Peerless ice cream that never fails to disappoint. The seasonal flavors are always worth trying out, and I commend Kilwins for making them actually delicious instead of mere novelties--Ben & Jerry's should probably take notes on this point. I had the Mint Cookies'n'Cream during my latest visit, and it was excellent. And I strongly recommend the Berry Pie flavor if it makes a comeback this summer.My only gripe, such as it is, is that the hot chocolate was unavailable due to a long-standing equipment failure. It seems that Kilwins corporate, like McDonalds, has entered into one of those byzantine service agreements binding their franchisees to a single, unreliable vendor for the milk frother. Alas, it seems that the Kilwins hot chocolate, much like McDonalds soft serve, will remain my elusive white whale.That being said, it would be patently absurd to strike a star from an ice cream shop for failing to produce hot chocolate. Overall, I cannot recommend this shop enough. It is always clean, efficient, and delightful to visit.

I've visited Kilwins all over the country and this one is easily the worst. The fudge was way out of spec - some didn't set properly, others were chalky and fell apart. The folks behind the counter acted like we woke them up from a deep nap when we walked in and called out for someone to help.

Amazing service! I walked in a little over an hour before close needing 9 custom treat boxes for my clients and these guys were more than accommodating! The gentleman that was working helped me pick out a great selection and set up the assortment beautifully inside the boxes! Young lady was a great help and super funny! To top it off the gentleman carried my boxes out to the car so I didn't have to do it alone. Amazing staff and wonderful service! I'd go back again for future treats!

Great ice cream! We’ve never eaten at Kilwins and will definitely be back! Special thank you to Marisol. Someone in our party has an allergy and we asked if a fresh scoop could be used. She went above and beyond and got a fresh bin of ice cream. We are visiting from out of town, but I’ve never seen that in 12 years of going to I’ve cream places and it’s certainly not required and above and beyond the norm.

Ice cream is average. We have one where I live. I feel like there's better ice cream for the price in the world, but we wanted something sweet and this was the only place open. Walked in to a line back to the door. Poor Jerome was working all by himself! And he was working HARD!! I'm still trying to figure out if he was there by himself or on purpose, because his tip jar certainly reflected that we were all in awe of his skills at serving the ever growing line that never stopped. We all had patience as we waited and watched him slam out the orders. He's a keeper, but he needs some help! Patrons asked if he was ok, if he wanted the door locked or if he just needed a break. He said no and just kept on moving. Bless his heart!
