I ordered a hot fudge sundae and the hot fudge was burnt and solid. He scraped it out of the pot. It was without a doubt the worst sundae I've ever eaten.
Waited 30 minutes to get to the front only to see all the ice cream was melted and runny. All ice cream freezer lids were open the entire time we were inside. We left and went to Hilton Head Ice cream! Very disappointed!!
One server working at half speed to serve 40 people. Crazy!
