What a wonderful treat! We stopped in for lunch. The LuLu twist that they put on each dish was a little Southern and unique. I had the Short Rib Grilled Cheese. It was amazingly juicy, flavorful, tender, delicious, and well balanced with the cheese. Every dish provided a great eating experience that exploded with flavors! Portions are more than satisfying. We also shared the Clam Chowder, Salmon, AND Chicken Sandwich with Pimento Cheese. This cozy little restaurant is a must if you visit Hilton Head Island, SC.

Food was very good as was service. Big portions. Only complaint is there were no vegetarian options for an entree. I ended up getting two appetizers.

We were there for dinner midweek. The food was quite good, but the menu is a bit limited. The duck rolls were large and well-seasoned, but the burrata was a bit dry, although the basil olive oil and Meyer lemon jam were wonderful accompaniments. Our main server did a good job getting the orders straight and serving each course together. The other server may need more experience. I called ahead to let her know that one of our party would be using a wheelchair. She proudly showed me that she saved a "slide in" booth, not a table for us. We opted to sit on the patio. The same server was great at keeping our water glasses filled but kept reaching over one patron to serve another despite the fact that she had room to walk around. Having said that, this is one of our favorite places to go, especially for brunch. And don't miss the key lime pie...truly a masterpiece!

Overall it was a good dining experience but our group gave it mixed reviews. I enjoyed the short rib hash but my sister rated the blueberry pancakes were good but not great and my wife did not enjoy her omelet. She said it was dry and lacked flavor. The service however was great and the overall ambience equally as impressive.

Amazing lunch options - sandwiches, fancy salads, seafood - huge servings, everything was fresh and delicious. Very affordable upscale-ish lunch. The waitresses were very sweet and helpful. Ambience is quiet and intimate.
Ate my lunch before I took a picture (simple grill catch of the day-salmon).

Loved Lulu's! Friendly people, helpful server, wonderful food! We had the citrus salad and the shrimp and grits - really outstanding. And our waiter brought the most beautiful and tasty tower of butter bread I've ever seen. We'll definitely be back.

We were lucky to find Lulu. It was our first time at the restaurant even though we regularly come to Hilton Head. We have our favorites and Lulu is now at the top of that list! Everything is prepared with such care and it shows! The flavor is amazing and the menu is a perfect blend of dishes. We had a good mix of seafood and more traditional types of meals and they were all the highest quality and delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more attentive. Everything is prepared from scratch and is of the highest quality. Portions are large and believe me, you will not go hungry! We were all so full from dinner, we couldn't order dessert. we are going to make it a point to go back for that very purpose! Try Lulu...you won't be sorry!

We absolutely loved our dining experience! We had the owner as our server, she was bubbly & sweet , her husband is co-owner the chef, originally from Long Island NY. I ordered a glass of wine & the lobster roll ( best I’ve ever eaten) and hubby ordered the short rib grilled cheese sandwich… delicious as well. Everything is made from scratch, fresh, daily including their Parmesan potato chips.
Check them out!

Food was excellent. My wife had the short rib hash, and I had the caramel French toast special. Both meals were excellent. We'll be back for sure.

Great new menu additions. Duck spring rolls and lump crab cakes, monkfish and a new salmon recipe. All awesome! Great bartending too.

Was so looking forward to our meal- and was very pleased with the bread and fruit salad appetizer. However the main course was almost inedible. I ordered the London Broil. Meat was cook well and tender. Way too much garlic however. The sides were completely horrid. Mashed peas with zero seasoning. - no salt/pepper/butter nothing. And they aren't sweet English peas so natural sweetness. Cut potatoes wedges baked with no oil/seasoning. They did try to bring out mashed potatoes. Had some butter but nothing else. This is the worst meal of my entire Hilton vacation. I even had my dining companions try my food and they also stated it was tasteless.
The waiter did provide good service. And the atmosphere was good. Just the food left a lot to be desired
