This place is the best.

It’s a unique restaurant on the inside with a lot of character.

Food is delicious. Enchiladas Aztecas and Macho combo my two favorites. Really good margaritas, give the frozen mango marg a try.

Staff is friendly and they make you feel welcome. Always good service and reasonable prices.

Mi tierra doesn’t try to be fancy or anything fusion like, they just nail every aspect you would expect from a Mexican restaurant

Be warned!!!!

This is my first food review and here is why:

We got several things off the menu for a pickup order. The order was ready in 30 min which was perfect.

Then I actually tried the food. Frozen vegetables, no spices, bland bland bland.

Don’t take my word for it, go in and get the salsa…if you like it then you might like the food considering you lost your tastebuds in 02.

Frozen vegetable, frozen pork, chickens dry, breading is weird. Gross gross gross. Wasted $70 bucks to eat a few bights of each disgusting dish we got.

P.S. read the 5 star reviews. The recommend the salsa and fried ice cream. Who leaves fives stars and can’t even give you a good dish to try. The ACP and salsa are dogwater so don’t even try to get a simple dish.

You’ve been warned.

We’ve been coming here for years when we do our yearly visit to the island. With that said, I have only dined in on one occasion. Typically, we do a pick up.

There is never any issue with us getting the order that we wanted. The food is always hot and the ice cream is always cold. They do not take a lot of time to put your order together. In addition, they seem to have their pick ups well organized. And yes, you have to try the fried ice cream!

When you want to stay home with the family and just enjoy a really good Mexican meal, I believe this is a great choice.

Vegetarian options: Of course they have lots of beans. There are also dishes, which do not include any hidden meat, pork, or animal grease. You know what I mean by that if you are a vegetarian.

Kid-friendliness: They have a full kids menu, which is a sufficient amount of food for any child. A nice variety as well.

Absolutely FOUL food. My husband, my daughter and I all ordered different things.. we should have known when the chips and salsa were terrible to just leave. None of us ate our food and they didn’t offer us any kind of discount. I have MAYBE left one bad review my entire life but this place was so terrible, I had to figure out my login to leave this review, it was THAT bad. Taco Bell would have been better quality.

The food is delicious and incredibly affordable. The only thing better is the staff. They are incredibly hard working and aim to please every customer. The atmosphere is awesome. Definitely a place for family or a drink.

First off, the service was amazing. Stephanie was our waitress. She was super patient and attentive as we had a large group. Everyone is picky and edited meals. Every meal was perfect and delicious. She was so kind and laughed with us as we asked for lots of stuff. Food was so yummy!!! Definitely recommend!! Food is inexpensive too!!

Went to Mi tierra after a long day. I’ma big fan of hispanic food and was excited to try the place. The atmosphere was okay, and the waitress was incredible and attentive the entire time! I ordered the acada burrito (i think that’s what it was). But I wasn’t super impressed. The chips and sala was alright. I’m not one to complain about it usually it just tasted worse than other hispanic food I have had before. Not angry in any way, I just do not believe this is for me.

We are here on vacation. We come EVERY year. Ordered soup w fish and shrimp, fajita nachos w chicken and shrimp and chicken fingers wirh fries.

Worst nachos ever. I ate 3-4 shrimp and maybe 2 pieces of chicken fajita. The tasteless thick cheese was crusted over nachos. There were a few tasteless onions and two tiny, bland slithers of green peppers. Was too exhausted to complain. Couldn't eat even 1/4 of the food. Just helped my son eat his cheese dip with some tortilla chips. My husband did not finish his soup. Mediocre and filled with celery cuts and carrots. Almost all liquid. Very scarce on fish and shrimp. We spent $67.00 and had to leave and go look for more food. Service was ok. Waitress nice and dry. So disappointing.

Pretty on the inside. But I do NOT recommend.

This is the 2nd time we have had drinks at the bar and ordered take out. The pitchers of Don Julio Margaritas are good. The pitcher is never ending for $30. They make sure to keep the chips and salsa flowing as long as you are drinking. Definite +. The burritos, quesadillas, tacos and carnitas are always good. No complaints on the food. The decor could use a makeover. Seems like it was an old nightclub back in the day.

I recently dined at Mi Tierra and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food was completely unseasoned, lacking any flavor or appeal. To make matters worse, the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, which added to the overall unpleasant experience. Given the high prices, I expected a much higher standard of both food and service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
