We always give this place a try and leave disappointed. Always confusion with our order, flies all around and even found one in our food. Wish it worked out but onto new pizza place.

We sit down and realize that the place is barely air conditioned and it is crazy hot so we decide we're going to take out, me and my dad go get our car and when we come back the rest of our family is still sitting there with no pizza We asked for an update and they all the sudden say there's a 40 minute wait The waiter said there would be a 15-minute wait My family said they were not informed about this We then have to wait in there in the blazing hot room We wait for like 30 minutes and finally get our pizzas they seem to be very understaffed very busy but the place is empty

I stayed in Hilton Head over the 4th of July weekend. I'm from NYC currently living in Atlanta. I was craving a good slice of pizza. Let me get to the point. One of the worst slices of pizza and food i've had in a while. The place is dirty. dirty floors, sticky tables, moldy smell. The service is bad.....one girl was running back and forth between the dining area and the outside bar. Even though there was no one dining, we had to wait forever to get food. She was a nice girl but the overall approach was laughable at best. When the food came (2 slices of pizza, meatball plate, fried zucchini and a Dr. Pepper).............it was truly disgusting. the Dr. Pepper was flat. the meatballs were cold on this inside and did not taste like they had any real meat in them.........some type of filler or some crap. and the pizza..........i would not even call it pizza much less NYC pizza. it was paper thin......and dried out. no cheese, no sauce just some old dried out dough with a small residue of what you should normally place on a slice. Truly a disappointing experience. would not recommend this food and place to anyone.

This place has declined terribly! July heat and only two fans working. One waitress with mediocre service and food was not very good. Looked like half burnt pizza with cheap quality of toppings. Honestly the “marinara “ tasted and looked like chef boy r Dee. The manager was constantly walking around spraying the walls and ceiling near the restrooms with some sort of cleaner. He was also spraying the walls and surfaces around the drink machine. With no regard to the ice machine with the lid opened. Perhaps there’s a mold issue? I don’t know! Save your time and money and steer clear from here! Such a disappointment!

Our server seemed distracted and inattentive, we had to ask for things multiple times and sometimes never got it. One of our pizzas was burnt and one was undercooked. The atmosphere was even worse no music, and it smelled bad. Will not be coming back.

They will rip you off!!!! We ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas and a order of garlic bread and they charged my sons card 86.52 and I was baffled when he said $75 in the first place and then I guess he just added him a tip. Just wasn’t good quality for price. And said they had no ranch

This is a staple for our family every time we come down to Hilton Head, specifically on the first night. Although it is a chain restaurant, I think they have some really quality products. I had the pizza and stromboli, and I'm giving it 4 stars. It's really good, but I've definitely had better. It's great comfort food that holds memories from my childhood. Well done, keep it up! No pictures, unfortunately the pizza was consumed too fast. It did feel slightly on the high end for price.

Pathetic. Anyone from NY should be ashamed places like this use their name. They can’t even get a simple order right for 1 Pizza but worst of all the quality of ingredients is the worst part. Only reason I went here was the other 2 places were closed. Will never return.

Came in for dinner with my family and sat ourselves, per the sign in the front. We were ignored and overheard two employees - one telling the other that if we seat ourselves, we can serve ourselves. I thought we must have misheard, so we waited 5 more minutes before leaving as no one acknowledged us. In the time we waited, the one employee who made the rude comment, went to the front of the restaurant to turn the “seat yourself” sign around. We went to Flatbreads instead where the food and service were excellent.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Ordered 2 pizzas for about $75 and both were bland as best. One was burnt to a crisp on the bottom and hard to eat. Didn't know they would charge a 20% gratuity, but they knew because they didn't bother serving us once the pizza was on the table. All the drinks were empty and the waiter was nowhere in sight. Like most people, I don't mind paying for good food and service but unfortunately that's not what you'll get here. I wanted to tell the staff about the burnt pizza, but after 20 minutes of waiting I told the kids to just eat it as we had other plans for the night. Overall, disappointing experience. Turned our stomachs.
