Pizza Hut

The young lady was alone and overloaded on a Saturday evening. Worked hard to please but was very overwhelmed. We ordered from PH at this same location two weeks and magically our cost doubled in that time...good bye PH.

Wasn't sure how to grade this location. Went to place order and they didn't have anything to sale. I assume that they was waiting on the truck today. But the workers was really friendly and respectful.

I don't even want to give a 1 star. We placed an order and had more ppl show up, so we placed a 2nd order at like 6:30. We NEVER got our food. Calling to speak to local store is a JOKE. The call center reps were rude and lack customer service skills. The stored closed at 8pm on a Friday night in a tourist city. Our pizza was ordered before 7, so I am not sure how this was an issue. So, we were out of nearly $50 and NO PIZZA. It is the morning of the next day and I cannot wait until the local store opens so I can call them directly. Papa John's WOULD NEVER!!

Location was out of "pan" pizza which is why we get pizza hut, so we had to get hand tossed. Originally order said 40 minutes but kept getting extended and ended up being over an hour and delivered but a 3rd party. Order was correct but pizza and wings were cold. Very disappointed since we passed on multiple pizza locations to get pizza hut.

Paid $80 for delivery of two pizzas on vacation and feel like we’ve been robbed. The pizza and breadsticks delivered were so poorly cooked the owner should be ashamed. I will never, ever order pizza from this restaurant again.

I had a bit of a rough start with Pizza Hut when they were under different management. However, the district manager responded promptly to my feedback, issuing a credit to my account and apologizing for the prior mixup. When I went to use the credit, Berry and the new manager went above and beyond to make it right. They made extra pizza for us because they wanted to make sure everything was up to the highest standard. I was very impressed with their customer service and quick correction of the past error. Don’t let all the negative reviews deter you, this restaurant has made a big turn around!! Thank you!

Pizza was very trash do not recommend i would give half a star if i could maybe even a quarter of a star who ever making the pizza need to get his cdl

The staff was not ready for service.

$30 for a medium pepperoni delivered. I ordered a cup of garlic dip and received a cup of nasty sour ranch. Pizza was ok, but not worth the money.

Believe the reviews you are seeing here folks. I gave benefit of the doubt and received a poorly made and incomplete order with no remedy offered other than to call back tomorrow to talk to manager. The sea of 1-star reviews here probably only covers a percentage of the complaints they field over the phone and at the register and despite all that, they still continue to under deliver on all fronts. Quality, service, order fulfillment, time management, all F minus across the board.
