Solid breakfast. Friendly service and good breakfast.
There are surprisingly few good American breakfast spots in Hilton Head. This one was good enough that we returned. But don’t like the 2% service fee.
The food used to be good but now it's a little mediocre didn't enjoy it but the atmosphere and service.
Ordered a BLT and I literally could not bite through the bacon it was so hard. My father in laws bacon was completely charred. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she got an attitude, and I was even being polite in telling her. She brought out 3 pieces of bacon for me to assemble my sandwich again and for my FIL to get his. Mine was still hard and looked really old. I just gave up. She never brought me a refill, the smothered my hashbrown in tomatoes and I never even mentioned wanting anything on them. Just rude service and a terrible meal all around.
Great food and Joanne was great.
Food is very good! It’s a classic American breakfast diner. Service was good and we had no wait. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the bathroom was pretty gross. The restaurant itself was clean though.
The place is cute, the food is just ok. We got sat outside, I didn't look at my chair before sitting 🙃....it was fulllll of water. My pants were soaked from waist to knee. When I worked in food and bev. We did check a section before opening it. That would help guests not get soggy briches...juice was bitter. Hash browns wayyyyy to much butter and seasoning...they tasted cheesy 🧀 but the server said no cheese.
First time here and was quite impressed. I don't know where they get their pancake mix from, but literally one of the best pancakes I ever had. The portion sizes was very good as well
Food was great. Service was awesome. Will be back.
If you're looking for a solid, satisfying breakfast spot, Plantation Café delivers. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere is cozy and no-frills, perfect for a casual and hearty start to the day.
I sat at the bar and ordered eggs, pancakes, sausage and everything was cooked perfectly. My pancakes were light, fluffy, and generously sized.
Coffee was hot and refilled often, and the prices were more than reasonable. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place feels like home. Highly recommend for anyone who wants real food, real fast, with genuine Southern hospitality.

The food and service were some of the best we had on our trip. My poached egg was amazing, and not everyone can cook a properly prepared poached egg. My also husband said the biscuits and gravy were excellent.

Food is good. But the attitude of all the servers. Terrible. It’s like you owe them for sitting in their cafe. If you don’t want to work (looks like they are forced to) then just quit.
