Poseidon is one of favorite places to dine when in Hilton Head. Great menu, including cocktails, second floor covered rooftop space is comfortable and offers exquisite sunset views. The Rhode Island calamari is a good size serving for 2-3 people. The New Bedford scallops are delicious. My husband said his 12 ounce steak was perfectly cooked. The crème brûlée special was bourbon peach flavored though I did not detect the special flavors. Our server, Nicolas, was delightful....
A large menu selection for the meat eaters, fish lovers and vegetarians among us. The food was warm and portions sufficient — a plus from the overstuffed plates and underwelming taste we often get elsewhere. Appetizer was great for sharing with 4 people. Dessert was shared among the four again and one slice was plentiful for all. Just right again to end a lovely evening. We loved the great taste of coffee at the end of meal. Drinks good. No need to drink alcohol to have fun...
While visiting Hiltonhead from NY, we went to Poseidon for dinner. The hostess offered us the open deck upstairs so that we could see the view. It was perfect! The waiter was Nicolas has his own brand of how customers should be treated! He was amazing! If I owned a business, I would want him to work for me! The tomato pie and the coastal combination were tasty dishes. The ambience, with soft jazzy music really set the mood b I highly recommend the Poseidon.
