NO BONES ABOUT IT, THE RIBS ARE OUTSTANDING -- my husband and I have eaten at Red Fish every time we've visited HHI in the last 15 plus years. To-date, I've always gone seafood: sea bass, grouper, salmon and scallops. Decided to mix it up and go for the rack of ribs (or should it read raaaaaaaack of ribs). It filled a very large oval dish. My wife and I recently dined at Red Fish and had a lovely experience. We appreciated the cozy and intimate atmosphere of the restaurant, which made for a romantic evening out.
