This has got to be the absolute worst restaurant experience I have had in my entire life. Waiting half hour for a menu and then over a hour for food for table of 2. Took a table of 5 order 15 minutes before mine and they got their order first. Still didn’t get my order I left.

For being in a 4 star hotel this restaurant was extremely underwhelming, borderline inedible. The worst restaurant (dinner) experience on our vacation. We picked this for convenience because we were staying at the hotel but I would warn future guests stay away from here. Overpriced, terrible taste, rubbery and little seasoning and they tack on a 15% gratuity for small parties. I will say that the server was nice though.

The restaurant was empty at 7pm that should have been a dead giveaway. The food was absolutely terrible - it gave you all inclusive vibes at a cheap buffet on a cruise ship. This review is for both breakfast and dinner. I would Only recommend eating at sugar cane while at the pool - stick either the quesadillas and chicken fingers only. Go out to eat for dinner. The breakfast sandwiches were also not good in the cafe.

We own a condo in the Shipyard complex & this was our first time dining here. We had our meal on the patio. They got my drink order wrong but I choose to drink it anyway. Dinner was sufficient, I ordered the smothered porkchops. They were thin & a bit dry, and they did not give me a real knife, had to cut it with a butter knife. But the clenched was when we got the bill. Charged a 15 % Service Fee! This is not gratuity but a fee to eat at the restaurant & the bars inside. I refuse to go back & shell out 15% more, especially since we make a point of giving 21% gratuity. I should not be expected to be charged a service fee just to eat or drink at this resort. Sorry, but it's not worth it.

Not very good. Your typical express hotel free breakfast is better than this. On top of that, sausage was not cooked all the way. Servers couldnt really care less about much...

During my recent visit to Seacrest Restaurant and Terrace, I was looking forward to a delightful dining experience given the restaurant's reputation and scenic location. However, I was quite disappointed by an issue that significantly impacted the overall experience: the presence of flies.

Whether you choose to sit inside or outside, be prepared to contend with several flies around you and your food. This issue was prevalent throughout our meal, and it made it challenging to enjoy the dishes. Despite the otherwise pleasant ambiance and good service, the flies were a constant nuisance and detracted from what could have been a great dining experience.

It's a shame because the restaurant has potential, but until they address this fly problem, it's hard to fully recommend Seacrest Restaurant and Terrace.

Carlton was our server last night, and I would just like to say that he is amazing! We are here visiting for my husband and I wedding anniversary. He built a rapport and continued to check in with us while our dinner was being cooked and was attentive to detail.

My wife and I ate our last dinner here. We spent a week in Hilton head. Out of all the places we ate, this place stood out the most. Carlton pryce was our waiter. He went above and beyond the duties of being a waiter. He has a great personality and a winning smile. The rest of the staff was also great. The was excellent ?

Food and service was excellent. All the servers were excellent and Howard was exceptional and very friendly! Don't want to miss eating here while staying at Sonesta!
