Appreciate the variety of offerings, lovely display case, cute setting area, I had the Red Velvet Cheesecake and it was sublime. Nice portions too.

Lovely little spot for any celiacs vacationing on HHI! We ordered breakfast sandwiches (multiple GF bread options!), coffees, and some treats to go. There are separate kitchens and there were plenty of gluten-full sandwich options for my husband. We enjoyed everything but the brookies were our favorite! My only regrets was not being able to made it back to load up on treats before leaving.

I ordered a GF German Chocolate Birthday cake for my Sweetheart. It was Sooo Delicious!!! I couldn't tell it was gluten free, the taste and texture were exceptional! Thank you, G-Free Spot, for making great GF food options for the Lowcountry. See you again very soon. : )
Tried 4 items yesterday and was shocked at the heavy baking soda flavor or some other off flavor. Good base flavors, maybe just a bad day to try. Have had a lot of gluten free baked goods and nothing quite as rough as this. Most of the items were scones or bread we got, so cookies may be better.
Edit: edited from 3 ⭐️ to 4 ⭐️. Mostly wanted owner to see to make improvement. Will come back next time I am in the area and try a couple items to see if they are better.

For being a gluten free spot it’s ridiculous that they have a $3 UP CHARGE for gluten free bread for a sandwich. But really good gluten free pastries and sandwiches. Just unfortunate about the up charge.
Dietary restrictions: Very good for dietary restrictions but they do have a $3 up charge for bread on sandwiches.

This place has awesome customer service they’re really nice and helpful the atmosphere is very cozy and they have a great selection of desserts but only 2 vegan options which I was grateful for because there isn’t that many options in the lowcountry. They had a gf vegan chocolate cupcake and a blueberry pie. I tried both the cupcake bread was ok it was falling apart on the first bite tho and the frosting was too sweet for my taste, the blueberry pie crust was hard, very sandy and dried it wasn’t to good tbh the filling wasn’t too bad. Maybe the other desserts are better. but just the place itself is really nice for a cup of coffee to enjoy in this gorgeous weather.

What a great spot to get some actual yummy gluten free food! The service was amazing and they even ship frozen to your home! We got some bagel sandwiches for breakfast, red velvet whoopie pie, a savory scone with chives and cheese, a frozen pack of cinnamon rolls and frozen packs and pizza rolls. The rolls are HUGE! The pizza rolls are made like cinnamon rolls and look absolutely amazing. 1 is a meal for sure. The staff was so friendly and even gave us heating instructions for the frozen food we got! 10/10 would recommend and will most definitely be ordering from them later!
Vegetarian options: There were many options for both vegetarians and vegans.
Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and could order almost everything on the menu.
Parking: This is located in a center with tons of other retail. There was plenty of parking and we had no trouble getting in.

Love this place! Tried a cannoli and a brownie/cheesecake Oreo thing. Amazing! So good. I even ordered a cinnamon roll and pizza rolls to pick up in the morning. Very excited to try both of those. Doesn’t take much to make me happy but having all gluten free options definitely does the trick.

What a lovely spot! Several vegan sweets available, though nothing substantial for a brunch-type meal for vegans. They also upcharge for nondairy milk, I paid $0.75 for mine. What I had was very good! Highly recommend if you're in the area.
Edit to add based on company response: as a business focused on making food more inclusive, I'd imagine the experience of having to pay more to get your needs met was part of why this place exists. Knowing how little the price difference is between nondairy and dairy milk, $0.75 per serving is a bit jarring on top of the base price. Full cartons are being paid off with about 3 drinks. I also bring to question why dairy milk doesn't have a smaller upcharge and is free to add to drinks? I doubt you're getting dairy milk for free, so my guess is that you factor the price of dairy milk into your drink prices. Why not split the difference and just add $0.50 to the base drink price? With the existing prices I doubt that would impact sales by much. You might even start to see more dairy-free customers since they no longer feel ostracized by having to pay more to give you business. For me personally, it's the principle more than the price, especially in a store meant to be more welcoming to those who can't usually buy baked goods. Either way, I sincerely wish you the best of luck in your business endeavors!
Dietary restrictions: Most items are gluten free, and they have multiple vegan options. Nondairy milk is available at a premium.
