I would suggest coming here for a drink and the live music. Do not come here to eat. The food was served on soggy buns, overly salted and not worth the price. Ceviche was terrible. Best thing we ordered was the brisket. The drinks were pricy and lacking alcohol. The live music and tiki vibes were the main selling points. No parking close by, you have to park across the street in the beach lot.
The food was served quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. The waitress was professional, and the service was good. However, the food was disappointing. As a Jamaican, I can say that the jerk chicken didn’t taste like true jerk chicken at all, and the mahi was dry. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Additionally, if you’re seated on the left side, you might get wet from people washing the sand off.
Live music, bar food served promptly, great drinks and wonderful beach side hang. They expanded the venue so plenty of seating now too. I must visit spot after a day at the beach.
