I was BEYOND disappointed in my first trip. As a Savannah local, I’m always looking for new spots nearby and was really excited to check out Train 102 on Saturday, 11/9. Nowhere did anyone indicate there would be a $10 per person cover charge, which hasn’t been my experience anywhere else on the island (which, let’s be honest, this isn’t actually on the island), so we’re $20 deep just to walk through the door. We purposefully arrived around 6:45pm (the band didn’t come on til 8pm) so that we had time to have a seat, eat, and relax before the music starts. We were unenthusiastically greeted by a server who seemed less than impressed that within one minute of sitting down, I didn’t know what wine I wanted. The person I was with ordered their drink (double shot of Bulleit Rye) and when our server returned with it, I asked for my wine and we joked that she’d be getting her steps in with us and apologized for her having to run back behind the bar to get my drink. She quipped back “I wore the right sneakers tonight”, walked behind the bar, and then yelled to me to ask me which wine it was I wanted. We had wanted to order food as well, but 30 minutes after my wine was dropped off, our server still hadn’t been back. We watched her help other tables, take their food orders, bring them their food and drinks, NEVER stopped by our table. I was desperately looking around for a server (though there were maybe 10 people total???) and most of them were behind the bar making concoctions and trying them together or obviously on their phones. FINALLY someone came by to take our order, and we had already watched one table send their food back, so we figured we’d go the safest route and order 2 flatbreads. What a mistake!!!! They came out so cold the cheese on the Margherita wasn’t even melted (as pictured). The 100+ year old meatball recipe was terrible ; the meatballs had no sauce, the texture was terrible…literally they were both inedible. We would’ve told someone, anyone, but NO ONE came back to our table to even ask how things were. I finished my wine and still no one came back over. Finally, at 8:00 as the band was starting, our original server came back to clear our obviously full plates, didn’t even ask if anything was wrong, and when we asked her for our check, she just rolled her eyes and went to get it. I handed her my card when she came back, she went behind the bar to run it, and when she brought it back she just set it on the table and walked away without any words. Imagine my surprise when there were 2 flatbreads (stated in the menu as 2 for $17), one glass of Prosecco at $12, and the double shot of Bulleit, and my bill was over $50!!! For food that was inedible and service that was nonexistent and laughable. $70 later we had to leave, didn’t even get to stay for the band, because we had to go somewhere else for dinner since this food was inedible. Really disappointed because we really wanted to see the band (and paid $20 to see them apparently), but I’ll NEVER be back here and I will absolutely encourage everyone to also not go here.
Fantastic music scene. Great atmosphere. Good food. Friendly staff!
We love UnCorked! Located just off of Hilton Head Island, it is THE premier venue for live entertainment. Large custom built stage; premium house sound system and hosts Neil and Lorrie Ritter travel far and wide for the best local snd national musical talent! Combine that with great food , a huge bar snd engaged staff, it is always an awesome evening out
Had a blast at UnCorked. We went to watch a local band (check out their top notch regional music weekly) and found a new favorite place. Great food (check out their weekly specials) and great wine/drinks taboot. It’s a spot you can enjoy on date night or just hanging with the guys/gals you can’t go wrong!
We had a group of 20 tonight. The staff had notice for over a week. Unfortunately they were not prepared, nor did they seem to mind that they were not prepared. After over 2 &1/2 hours some of us still had not received our food. We're very sad this venue is just not willing to even try to accommodate patrons. The waitress, Brittany was very apologetic and was doing her best. We understand the owner was in the building but no one offered any words of kindness or compensation of any kind. A tray of 30 cupcakes were purchased by someone in group for a birthday celebration. They were dropped on the floor by the staff! On a happy note, the music by Chris Jones was fabulous!
This place is terrible!! So unorganized, not enough help, wrong orders delivered. After 2 hours some of our party still didn’t get their food. We gave a heads up we had a large group and was told no problem. Too many great places around don’t go there.
The owners of the establishment really listen to the musicians and audiences who attend. Food is excellent, and served fast. Bar and water staff are great also. Cozy atmosphere, with music memorabilia all around.
Great staff. $10.00 cover charge, 1 draft beer, and one white wine. Total amount spent: $27.00.
Uncorked is a great place to visit! They have happy hour deals with amazing drink prices and daily food specials. Wednesday is the best one-you get 4 Wagyu sliders, chips, and a domestic beer or a glass of their house wine for $10!! I spend more on a "meal" at McDonald's, and I assure you, the sliders are 100% better. UnCorked always has great live music, from solo artists to spectacular bands. I love going here any chance I get.
Great place for music right across from my gym ?️♂️ ?

Only a three because I couldn't get in!
Great little spot near Moss Creek. They have an array of great bands that come thru. And their food is always very good.
UnCorked is an amazing music venue! From the premium sound system, to the super friendly staff to the delicious food & drink selection and overall atmosphere it’s 5 stars all around. If you’re in Hilton Head Island make sure you come on down and check this place out!
