Food was delicious. The hush puppies were top notch! The juiciest fried chicken ever!My son loved his fried chicken (and he’s super picky). The ambiance and atmosphere is perfect for families with kids, super peaceful and accommodating. Beautiful view of the harbor! But more importantly, the service was AMAZING! Service was excellent! We were beyond impressed. They were great with our kids, so patient and generous.Thank you to this restaurant and your service team for giving us a wonderful experience on our vacation.

Fun place for a family outing, or a drink with friends. Nice view as well. They have made changes since I was last here. The inside is closed. Not sure for renovations or what. Also, the hours have been cut drastically. No lunchtime hours. Basically 4:00 - 9:00. So, not the same vibe as before.

Lobster tails were disgusting, replaced with peel and eat shrimp, mushy!! $80.00 for nothing ?

Came at closing time and we didn't know it. They seated our party of 8 anyway and couldn't be more gracious! The food was delicious and the service amazing. We will make this part of our vacay stops every year!

Waiter was nice enough but the food was a train “wreck”. We sent three appetizers back and the entrees were mostly left uneaten. Avoid this restaurant- dinner menu is not the same as Salty Dog restaurant. ?

Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. My family ordered drinks & food while enjoying the views and the kids were entertained in the game room (That was awesome). However, the menu is very small and the food is just okay. Will go back to hang out and have drinks with a view though! Again I’ll say, staff was amazing!

This is a great place to grab a bite. Although the menu is small there are lots of great options. The sword fish, Cuban sandwich and the crab cake are delicious. The flavor was so good. I also enjoyed the coleslaw which had ginger in it! Of course the hush puppies are yummy and the exact same ones from the Salty Dog. The down side is they are only open from 4pm-8pm. Such a gem of a place to hang out on the deck, have some very good food. The service was fantastic too. Kaitlyn was our server and she explained the menu to us very well, she provided great service. Even the manger greeted us and asked us about our meal. It’s hard these days to find great service and this place has great food and great service.

We have been coming to the Salty Dog and the Wreck of the Salty Dog for over 25 years and they have been a must do destination every time we vacation here which is is typically 2-3 times per year. But today was very disappointing. The diner menu is very limited, the service was poor. Our server took our drink order and we gave him our appetizer order. About 15 minutes later he came and took our entree orders. In a while our appetizer came, still no drinks about 30 minutes later our meals were deliverer and finally our drinks arrived. The peel and eat shrip were cold, the MoJo Pork was cold and dry without any sauce. The Cubano sandwich was more bread than sandwich and the fish dinner was described as so - so. In all, we were terribly disappointed as we have for years looked forward to our visits to the Salty Dog or the Wreck of the Salty Dog

Very disappointed! ? Don't expect to be able to order anything you see on their online menu. They only offered 3 entree choices which I wouldn't consider dinners. Meat was fatty & meal unappetizing looking. The piano player was entertaining though.

"Wreck of the Salty Dog" ... didn't see any dogs covered in salt - but it sure was a wreck. They must have given all the salt to a secret dog in the basement, because my adult beverage - a classic skinny marg - was absolutely lacking in the salt rim. This threw my diabetes for a loop - and I have nick Jonas diabetes NOT fat people diabetes. Food was OK, but the side of pluff mud did not complement the chicken fingers the way you might have thought it would. Worth the try, but not a second chance.

Go to McDonald's or Wendy's and get the biggie bag. The only thing good was the service. Our waiter was friendly. The food. The price. Not so much. Order a drink or go back to the bar and wait for a spot at the original.

Very disappointed I used to love this place. It was a tradition to come here and they use to have great quality food. Extremely long wait just to have a new table of four walk in and get service. Once I finally got up and explained to a waiter my situation he took my order Then forgot what I ordered multiple times and had the table next to me just have the food set randomly on the table with no care of who had what. And the menu is about 10 options nothing like they use to serve... Poor quality. Poor service overpriced.***Update*** I got sick from the shrimp. I wish I could give zero stars.
