We had a really disappointing experience tonight at your Bohickit location. My daughter and her friends waited nearly three hours just to be served, which is completely unacceptable. She ordered a Jake’s Shake Salad to-go for me, and when I opened it, it was mostly spinach with barely any toppings—and no shrimp at all, which is the main reason I would ever pay $24 for that salad.

It’s hypocritical to make millions on a dog likeness and name your restaurant after a dog, but not allow dogs at your restaurant. You have a patio where they could easily visit. Coast, a much more upscale restaurant a few miles away on the island allows dogs, but not the restaurant named after a dog.
