Sub Station 2 has had better subs in the past but has failed today. I purchased my favorite Sub, the Turkey and Cheese on White Roll, and was excited about the meal. But to my surprise, it was rather tasteless. It was dry, and there was no seasoning. I was sadly disappointed with my sub. I placed my order online, so no service was needed.
I had to repeat my order 5 five times to three different people. A lot of staff maybe too many. focus on the paying customer is missing. We ordered three Ham and Cheese. Two on Sweet Wheat and added Pepperoni on one. The last one was to be toasted with just Mayo. Not a very difficult order but it was very difficult for them to grasp and make. Today I was in the mood for a sub so I decided to purchase from Sub Station II through DoorDash. I have eaten from here numerous times so I knew what to expect, but after tasting the sub I was surprised by the taste. The sub was fixed neatly and it wasn't weighed down, but the dryness was overwhelming. I ordered the same as I do each time but the flavor was absent! I was hoping to get my usual bite but this time around I have to say I wasn't pleased.
