I hate to admit how many years we lived in the area before we checked out Carters. It is now a favorite that we frequent. Simple. Delicious. Reliable. My husband usually gets a ribeye with fries and I’ll pick between the filet or one of the chicken dishes. We’ve experienced the fine dining restaurants in the region. These are the same steaks, served by friendlier people without the up charge to pay for location and decor.
