I had the peach cobbler and my husband had the banana pudding and it was so delicious! Homemade and honestly the best cobbler and pudding we have had. We are taking home with us their chocolate chip brownie.

I love this place. Everything I’ve ever had here is delicious and the staff is so nice! Honestly you should just get together with a bunch of people and order everything on the menu because it’s all amazing. Not for diabetics though. My cousin LOVED it. She is 31.

Peach Cobbler Factory Irmo offers great service with friendly and welcoming staff. The food is amazing with practically no wait, and the diverse selection includes ice cream, brownies, shakes, cobblers, cheesecakes, cookies, banana pudding, and cinnamon rolls. The banana pudding, apple cobbler shake, and cheesecake in a cup are delicious treats. The brownies and cookies are always good, with affordable prices and good size of desserts. The cobbler and cinnamon rolls are the best ever tasted. Everything is super good, from the cookies to the drinks to the ice cream. Customers are never disappointed and will definitely be back.
