I had food delivered to the assisted living facility that i work at. I called to place the order over the phone. The person that answered the phone was very rude. She kept asking the same questions over and over again. I would say and meat lovers she will say a pepperoni. I would say meta lovers again she would come back and say the cheese pizza. Using the APP, we ordered from the deals menu. Tonight was a specialty pizza (meat lovers) and a pasta dish (the alfredo). I appreciate how the app tells us at what stage your order is in and when it is ready to pick up. The food was tasty, hot and enjoyed by the entire family!

I guess it just depends on the day and who’s working nonetheless last night was by far one of the worst experiences I have had with this Pizza Hut. Day shift generally I have no issues at all but night is disorganized.
