We had a nice night out. We were staying in Wild Dunes, so this was a convenient stop. We were informed that this was a new menu that just started this weekend. I tried the braised short ribs and cavatelli, which I thought were done perfectly. I had come in looking for a seafood option, but this sounded better to me. They were only offering halibut and mahi mahi that night, which are not my favorites. We also started with the bread basket and honey butter, which was a great start....
The restaurant exceeded my expectations. Our server was very professional and poised. He checked in often but was not over-bearing. I had the mussels to start. They were AMAZING! I can't remember having them so fresh and tasty. My husband had a salad and said it was delicious. My dinner was the filet and my husband had duo lambs - Melt in your mouth - outstanding!!! It was the perfect dinner for our 10th wedding anniversary.
No self parking but we hijacked a valet space in the garage. The food was good but service slow. Shrimp cocktail was delicious. I had the fall salad on spinach with grilled shrimp and my husband had the Caesar salad with mahi mahi. Both entrees were good
