I did NOT know what I was doing, so I had a hard time giving her direction on meals and timing. Didn’t matter! She handled everything!! She did it graciously, with a smile and a servants heart!! I cannot even begin to explain how easy she made it look, and there was never even 1 small issue to be dealt with. Just amazing service on some of the best food we’ve ever eaten!!! We had the most BEAUTIFUL wedding last minute! The food was stupendous we could not have asked for anything better served and prepared with love and care for our family’s special occasion. Everyone thought the appetizers were dinner they were so fabulous and tasty lol! The brisket and prime rib were the best many stated they have ever had and our family are solid meat eaters and bbq masters🥰 The vegetables were perfect in every way. They professionally prepared the cake top for freezer storage for us. We can’t wait to use them for our next occasion 🎉

Chef Roland, and his team, came to visit us at our rental home on Kiawah and delivered a lesson and a scrumptious meal, along with excellent service. The food was beyond! The menu was well thought out, catered to our tastes and allergies and DELIVERED!! Took my birthday celebration to a different level!!
Everything was EXCELLENT…from chicken wings (meat falls off the bone) to grits to scallops to tender, very tender filet mignon…. Just stellar!!
They even provided some local history!
Left the kitchen cleaner than they found it too. They even swept!! It was a momentous experience!!

Chef Roland and his assistant prepared a fabulous meal at our Isle of Palms beach house a few weeks ago. They arrived on time and immediately began preparing our previously agreed upon menu. Although we were a little hesitant adding grits to our meal because we don’t usually eat them I must say Chef Roland’s brisket hash and grits were awesome as a side dish. He took his time explaining every item in his low country boil and even plated each dish in a way that it looked both awesome and tasted even better. Both he and his assistant told us stories of there past culinary jobs and how much they loved coming to peoples homes to cook. They told us they would leave our kitchen looking better than when they arrived and they weren’t kidding. They plated all leftovers placed them in our refrigerator so we could enjoy it the next few days. If you’re looking for a different dining experience think about a personal chef coming to your home and preparing a meal you’ll be talking about for months to come. We couldn’t of been more pleased with Chef Roland and his assistant. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy !

I recently traveled to Isle of Palms for a girls trip to the beach and had the pleasure of enjoying Indigenius Cuisine's private dining experience. Chef Roland and his colleague traveled to our rental house and provided a truly exceptional service! They carefully created an incredible, multi-course southern cuisine that was delicious and very well-timed. Our group did not make it easy, as we had early and late arrivals, but somehow, Chef Roland accommodated schedules with ease and delivered both delicious food and remarkably well-paced night.I was particularly impressed with their willingness to accommodate our varying dietary restrictions. I'm vegan and Chef Roland did not hesitate to create a thoughtful menu that mimicked the flavors of the regular meal, allowing me to fully participate (which is such a nice change of pace from the raw veggies or plain salads vegans sometimes get as our only option). I was blown away by their creativity, as I don't typically think of traditional southern cuisine as being super vegan-friendly. However, they knocked it out of the park! I can't recommend them enough to any group who may be nervous about a restriction or two.Finally, their level of professionalism extended beyond their culinary expertise, as they ran dishes from the kitchen to our dining table, beautifully plated their food, cleared plates between courses and even kept our wine glasses full. They left the kitchen spotless, removing the trash and loading our dishwasher.10/10 experience! I highly recommend Indigenius Cuisine to anyone looking for a memorable, professional and delicious experience in the Charleston area!

Chef Roland and his colleague prepared a delightful four-course Southern meal for nine ladies during our stay in Isle of Palms. Leading up to the experience, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering any and all questions I had. When asked to cater for both a pescatarian and a vegan, he didn't hesitate and was excited by the request. Despite a last-minute change requiring two dinner servings (one earlier, one later), he executed flawlessly without complaint. I requested Southern fare, and he delivered it to perfection. Do not miss the burnt ends, crab cakes, and shrimp and grits. The food was absolutely delicious, and Roland and his colleague made the entire experience so much fun. They left the kitchen spotless. It was truly outstanding, worth every penny, and I would give it a 10/10 recommendation to anyone visiting the area!
