Staff was unprofessional and very rude. They were unable to make espresso drinks during our visit which was no big deal we just ordered Frappuccino’s and iced coffees instead. I used to work at a Starbucks and understand that things happen outside their control. Needs a tip jar and a tip option on the credit card screen. Your baristas are top shelf, put up with a lot of guff from these silly people around here and deserve a fair shot at being rewarded for their services. That is the choice of the customer not the owner.
