The lady working there today on Easter had such a nasty attitude. She spilled my drink and most of the coffee fell out, and she just added more milk to compensate which made it taste nothing like an iced shaken espresso should taste. I requested she remake it and she did, but with such a nasty attitude. The second time she made it, she didn’t honor my customization of no syrup. I didn’t want to request they remake it a third time, so I went to another Starbucks and had to pay for it again. I didn’t catch her name, but she had a big ponytail with dark hair at the base and blond cascading down in an ombre style. Avoid at all costs!!!

On a busy busy Saturday morning, I watched the 3 baristas bust their butts. Yes, there may be a wait. That is because it is the only Starbucks around.

Employees were super friendly and worked flawlessly. I did not see one incorrect order while I waited for my drink.

Awful experience at this Starbucks. I had mobile ordered over 20-30 minutes before arriving and had to wait another 20 for my drink to be prepared. Barista made my drink incorrectly and did not even bother to take my food out of the plastic wrap or heat it up. I will not be returning to this location.

I went to Harris Teeter on Johns Island this morning and decided to get a Starbuck's coffee before checking out. When I was finally acknowledged I was told that they had a lot of mobile orders to make so I would have to wait a while. Since when do you turn down a customer that is standing right in front of you to fill mobile orders first? I think the people that placed Mobile orders should be told that in-store customers come first! Idiots!!!

Staff was unprofessional and very rude. They were unable to make espresso drinks during our visit which was no big deal we just ordered Frappuccino’s and iced coffees instead. I used to work at a Starbucks and understand that things happen outside their control. Unfortunately they accidentally made one of our Frappuccino’s an iced coffee and when asked to correct it was very rude. I felt like my iced coffee didn’t taste right and asked them to please remake it because I wasn’t sure what about it tasted off. The barista Tiffany was very rude and slammed the coffee down on the counter making remarks under her breath. Her other coworker was just as unprofessional. I still left unsatisfied with my coffee but was afraid to ask any more questions. They both glared at us while we left. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks and I’d never recommend this location to anyone.

Needs a tip jar and a tip option on the credit card screen. Your baristas are top shelf, put up with a lot of guff from these silly people around here and deserve a fair shot at being rewarded for their services. That is the choice of the customer not the owner.

Writing a review of an individual Starbucks is like grading air. Sure, there are variations, but if you need a slightly overpriced coffee, reliably like many you've had before, this is the place for you. This one's in a supermarket, so it's not for hanging out in, getting homework done, but for anyone who needs some pep before grocery shopping, they've got you.
