My family of 6 came here and the food and service were both absolutely amazing! I had the steak frites, which was cooked perfectly and the shoestring fries were perfectly crispy as well. The french onion soup is the best I've ever had, hands down. I will dream about that soup. They had a great selection of specials, which we ordered 4 of. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we had a great time!
An evening to remember is an understatement. Our group of 19 spent over 3 hours eating superb delicacies and sipping on tasty wines. Everything at our Valentines dinner party was perfection. The service and delivery of our food was perfectly orchestrated. Every dish every course was delivered in a timely manner. Kudos to the staff and to the staff for a job well done. Scott and the whole team at Hege's were amazing on a busy St. Patricks Day weekend! We sat at a twotop in the bar area and Tiffany was our server. She was amazing and really helped make the night special. The food and drinks are always exceptional. We had the crab and shrimp cocktail and steak tartare for starters and for dinner the blackened redfish and steak frites. Hege's lives up to the Kiawah Island experience.
