The birria taco was everyone’s favorite but I also had the Baja fish and the grilled shrimp tacos. All of them were delish. And then the true showstopper was the hibiscus margarita that had a cinnamon, salt, and fennel rim. I subbed mezcal for tequila on the drink and it was perfection. Eat here!!!“

We were in town for a big conference and unexpectedly decided to gather a smaller group of us (21!) for a dinner... only it was really hard to find a place to accommodate us all. Fuel came to the rescue. They were so kind and responsive, and they were able to put together a table for us all together on their outside patio. The food was AMAZING. (One in our crowd said it was her best meal in Charleston so far!) The service was outstanding. We loved our server, Paige. And the ambience was great. I highly recommend this restaurant!“
