The pictures of the sushi here speaks for itself. The most basic rolls and they look like this. The taste was absolutely horrible. Very fishy with almost dry yet paste like rice. I have given this place probably 5-6 tries. This last time I opted for hibachi. Was totally tasteless even with the white sauce. Kiawah is a wealthy town and really needs a solid Japanese and sushi place. This place sadly is just gross.

Food was good. Not great, but good. Our server was very nice but distracted. If you are already in this area and have a hankering for Japanese food, this is your go to. But I wouldn’t drive here for this place based on last night’s meal—there are better Japanese places in Charleston and Daniel’s Island. The atmosphere is very nice and a nice park outside with a cool breeze while you wait.

Food is excellent. Sushi very fresh. The Udon Noodles with beef is one of our favorites, along with the sushi of course. Wish i had snapped some photos but we were all too busy eating. Highly recommend making a reservation!

One of the best dinners I’ve had! Stella and Jordan were FANTASTIC servers, they went above and beyond to accommodate our large dinner party. And the sushi rolls were unexpectedly outstanding, highly recommended ??

Fantastic experience. Large group came in somewhat last minute and they were able to find room to seat all 11 of us together pretty quickly. Stella/Jordan and the rest of the staff made sure that our every need was taken care of.

Some food reasonable priced and some expensive, Sushi Rolls tasty, Ramen Bowl was only half full , but 8 pieces of tiny cold Shumi was a disappointment and $9.5 ugh

This place is definitely very popular! We were seated after 40 minutes of waiting, but it was so worth it. Every sushi roll was piece of art and just melted in our mouth. So fresh! The waitresses were pleasant, despite the busy evening.
