Fuji Sushi Bar & Grill - Kiawah

We had an excellent dinner last night and the service was great too. We ordered shrimp and steak hibachi, seaweed salad and the valentine rolls. We definitely recommend stopping by.

Upon receiving forks for the table, one of the forks had bits of food that had not been cleaned off. Mentioned it to our server who promptly brought a new one. Our server was ok overall, he was attentive but quiet.
Salad had a ginger dressing, which normally I love. But, instead of being refreshing, it was overpowering and provided an odd coating to the salad.
My table got the gyoza and tuna carpaccio as appetizers, which both were delicious. The tuna beautifully melted in your mouth.
I got the chicken hibachi meal which was delicious, no complaints there. The chicken was cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully in the sauce. Veggies were great as well. The fried rice that it came with could have used a little more seasoning, though you can add your own soy sauce too.
Overall a pleasant dining experience, I would definitely recommend for those who love sushi and typical Asian dishes.

Waiter didnt put in our 4 appetizers, didnt refill our drinks, didnt apologize, had to ask to order more adult drinks, all around was running around serving everyone except us. He didnt even care, front lady to take us to our table was rude.

Very creative range of sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi in a location you would not expect.

Dine in. Take out service is deplorable. They routinely get orders mixed up so you have to drive all the way back to get it right, which essentially ruins the evening and everyone else suffers as their meals get cold waiting for you. This is ongoing. They also don’t supply the right sauces. Pathetic when you consider the prices. The food however is good. Just get some better help, please! This is the third time this has happened to us.

Thank you Graham for the wonderful service. Enjoyed some fun cocktails like the yuzu old fashioned and the matcha martini. Rolls were really good and fresh. I can't recommend enough the deep fried banana cheese Cake.

The spicy tuna wontons were killer. Sushi was great. The cocktails were decent, but the wine selection beats it out. Shout out to Paso Robles.

Absolutely do not eat here!!! This man hit my car with his car door and his uniform was this dirty!!!! Manager on duty didn’t send him home or give him a clean uniform, and told me “do what I have to do”…. DHEC call is next but please be aware of their practices!!! I have been in F&B for over 30 years and this has NEVER been tolerated!!!

We had an amazing experience at Fuji. The food was great, tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection. Tim was great! Lots of options to choose from, including vegetarian options. Great for a large group. We will be back!

Other than them needing to add more creative non fish/meat sushi offerings for vegetarians, others I was with state their sushi is amazing. Very creative as well.
