We had an outstanding dinner experience here. The pace was nice and relaxed, the food was excellent, and the service was wonderful...can't wait to come back and experience this again!
We dine here every August when we vacation. This year the service was well below expectations. My wife is gluten free. Our waitperson acknowledged it and even said "we have gluten free bread." But, we never got bread until the entrees arrived, and no gluten free. The regular bread could have been from a bag from Harris Teeter. We did not even finish it. Blah.We ordered three side dishes. They did not arrive until almost 10 minutes after we were served our steaks. And...
The The Ocean Room is 5 stars! The food was delicious, I had one of the best filets I've ever had. Food presentation is like artwork. The restaurant interior is beautiful and you can enjoy ocean views while you eat. The staff was the best of the best, everyone we encountered was amazing. Truly a wonderful experience! Don't forget to make reservations and be mindful of the dress attire. We will definitely be back.
