“This location has been the least accommodating based on my experience. Today, the bread on my 10ct minis was undercooked. They tasted like dough but I didn't go back to the store. I consider baking them a little more when I got home, but I just threw them away. Hopefully this review will be read, and my order gets replaced.“

“I'm very surprised to see the low rating on this location since we've been here once a week for the last 3 weeks and they've knocked it out of the park each time.. Very nice remodeled store, fast, friendly and attentive staff.. and the food? Juicy sandwich, hot, nicely seasoned fries and great sweet tea.. for only 9 bucks?? That's crazy talk these days. “I am a loyal chic fil a customer! I mean they are top notch compared to other fast food places and honestly the only place I eat when grabbing something quick. The professionalism, politeness, and quick service keeps this customer happy. However…..I do have a complaint. I wanted to start this off with a positive because while I never leave reviews, I feel like this complaint needs to be noted. The delivery app needs a serious update. How can I make a lunch order at 8:30AM with no issues and it be delivered when it says it will be, but if I make one at 9:30AM the lunch items are not available until 10:10?? Please make it make sense. I had to wait around until 10:10 to place a lunch order and was told by the app it would be delivered within 30 minutes at the most. Ok not an issue because my kids lunch isn’t until 11:00, so plenty of time to get there. It took an hour for this food to be delivered and the location is 5 minutes from there. That’s insane to me. When I called to speak to someone to see why my food was not in route yet, it took 6 times for someone to finally pick up the phone and Stacy assured me at 10:51 the food was on the way. Well 5 minutes later I get a text telling me the food was in route and John did not get there until 11:15. I get having to bs to keep customers from getting irate with you on the phone but obviously my order was forgotten about and this is a serious flaw in the app that needs to be addressed.“

“Drive through always closed. No sign letting customers know. Guy today must not like his job. Very rude!!! How hard is it to put up A sign.. DRIVE THROUGH CLOSED. Had many people waiting in line at drive through and the staff didn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge them“

“First time at this location. Since the moment I pulled up to the drive thru window the employees were super friendly and polite. I didn’t think great customer service at fast food restaurants still existed after Covid. I want to commend the staff because I love going places where there is still courtesy. “I'm taking care of a Vietnam Vet who only wanted Legs and Thighs. I went to Popeyes and they said they couldn't do special orders. As I'm looking at all the legs and thighs they already have cooked, I left. Wanting to make sure the Vet he got what he wanted, Especially on Christmas Eve, I found this little gem which made him very happy. I downloaded the app and ordered online. Not only did he enjoy the food, I was greeted with smiles and respect!! Thank you!!!Parking was a breeze but they do have a pickup window.“

“As a raising Cane‘s girlie, this was a test to try Zaxby’s for the first time. Overall, I thought the food was a bit saltier than raising Cane‘s but what is to be expected from fast food right so let’s talk about the sauce which overall was the best part just like raising Cane‘s, but the Zaxby’s chicken was a little less juicy and more crunchy which depending on your preference can be exactly what you’re looking for. The atmosphere of this particular restaurant I thought was really cute. They seem to hang a lot of local sport memorabilia inside and there was ample seating. I came here with my family. We found a comfortable table to eat our quick meal before we had to head to an event. I enjoyed the self serve soda machine personally while my family partook in the sweet tea which, being East Coast people we found was a bit too sweet but local preferences are different. Service was great, we didn’t have to wait long despite ordering four meal combos.“

“Coming to this kfc used to be a nightmare, some females working or used to work there make sure of that, but that is all over now, at least for the moment. The service I recieved today was flawless, David took my order and he make sure I got everything I needed before walking out that door, friendly at his best, you do see that not anymore at a fast food resraurant.
