Waited 45 minutes for our food while several other customers were served. I finally approached the counter and ask if our food was coming. They didn't even know what we ordered and tried to say it was a drive thru order when we stood right there at the counter and ordered. I asked for our money back so we could go somewhere else and instead I was told 5 more minutes and "upgraded" to large drinks for which they had no lids for the cups! SLACK! I didn't realize my okra was not only a ball but once pulled apart, nothing but raw dough inside, until I got home. I'm 15 min away and didn't feel like the extra 30 min drive to go back and complain. I called and after SIX tries, finally got a female on the phone. She only said it comes frozen and it's not their fault. I've ordered okra from there many times before and it's never been this way. Also let me add, I got a regular size gumbo.
