“Stopped in for lunch yesterday. We split the chicken spring rolls and an order of drunken noodles also with chicken. If you dine in you’re served a bowl of complimentary chicken broth soup which is very good just a little salty.The app and entree were amazing. Flavorful and a generous portion.I didn’t catch the name of the lady working yesterday but she was super nice. We came from across the bridge in Steele Creek and she told us about some of the local places to stop by while we were out this way.We’ll definitely be back again.“

“First time visiting. We were greeted with enthusiasm and samples so a custom sauce was able to be created for our palate. This place is busy with regulars that the staff greeted upon their arrival. Quick service and great food. I can't say enough about the enthusiastic atmosphere! People who love what they do.“

“Had an excellent meal/experience here. There wasn't a line so my service was fast. The food was excellent. Pad Kraw Paw I beleive is what I tried. First time trying the dish, and it was wonderful. The serving size was fantastic and the temp was excellent.I tend to like spicy food and asked for a level 1 out of ten to be safe. Based on this spice level, I think they could could crank it up, so I'd advise being cautious with that ? Amazing find though, try it.“

“Authentic Laos cuisine in Charlotte! I was floored when I searched on Yelp for Thai cuisine and found this taste of Laos instead. My first visit here was at lunchtime during the workday. The exterior is clean, as well as the interior. The ambiance is equivalent to that of a fast-food restaurant. The food is elevated. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the cashier. I informed her that it was my first visit, and she was super polite, explaining the menu and giving her recommendations. I ultimately ordered a broth-based soup that equates to a pho with thicker rice noodles. The broth was flavorful, and the thicker noodles absorb that flavor nicely. The meatballs had a great texture and flavor as well, and the temperature of the dish was piping hot. My nose was a bit congested, and my stomach was a bit unsettled on this particular day, and this helped. For dessert, I had a dish that had sweetcorn, purple, sweet potato, and tapioca pearls in a sweetened coconut cream that was divine. It was the perfect end to a great experience. I've eaten here a few times since and enjoyed absolutely every dish, including the phenomenal chicken skewers. Anything you get here is a guaranteed home run.“

“Like it a lot. A couple dished we had fell short of expectations (given price) but most of the food was excellent. Would not recommend the roti or Tom Ka soup (chicken was as dry as tree bark), would recommend the tuna nachos and the wings. Dumplings were just ok, drunken noodle also just ok - sauce was super thin, but very tasty!“

“I have found my favorite place to get my Singapore rice noodles! ? it’s tasty and they give me the right level of spice! The atmosphere has a 4 because their dining area is closed and it looks to need some small upkeep. Other than that, if you’re craving some Singapore rice noodles give them a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!“

“Dont let this little hole in the wall fool you- This place is an absolute hidden gem for those traveling in the area, and a well known spot for locals. I ordered the orange chicken entrée and a side of crab rangoons. My entrée was generously portioned with plenty of crispy glazed chicken, a box of rice and an egg roll. The rangoons came with a delicious dipping sauce, not too sweet, with hints of garlic and spice. I'd eat here every day if I could. Honestly, with the portions they serve you, it lasted me until the next day. They are hot with business so I highly suggest placing a call in order, by the time you're through the traffic, it will be ready. If not, I ,like many others, will grab a few things at the food lion next door!“

“It has been hard to find good restaurants since we moved to SC. We found Siam Garden on the way home from church. It is a step up from many of the restaurants we've visited in the area.The food was good. I've had better Pad Thai, but it wasn't bad. My husband enjoyed his food.We will return.“
